A method of photocatalytic synthesis of a jackfruit filament
polysaccharide antibacterial membrane is disclosed. The method includes S1) mixing and extracting jackfruit filament degreased
powder with water for 2-4 h, then performing concentration, adding
ethanol into the product of concentration, allowing the mixture to stand, and centrifuging and separating the mixture to obtain a precipitate A; S2) preparing the precipitate A into a
polysaccharide solution having a concentration of 40-60%, fully mixing the
polysaccharide solution with glycerin in a
mass ratio of 1:0.016, and then heating the mixture with a water bath to obtain a solution B; S3) adding
titanium dioxide particles into water and performing ultrasonic
dissolution to obtain a solution C; and S4) adding the solution C into the solution B slowly, performing photocatalytic treatment, then evenly pouring the mixture to a culture dish and finally performing
vacuum drying to obtain the antibacterial membrane. The antibacterial membrane has good mechanical performance,
water vapor barrier performance and optical characteristics, and also has surface
antibacterial activity, thus meeting food
package strength requirements and mechanical
processing requirements, overcoming the
food safety problem caused by microbial breeding on surfaces during a
food storage process and expanding deep development and utilization of jackfruit leftovers.
