The invention relates to the technical field of environment-friendly coatings, in particular to a production process of an anti-
rust primer, which comprises the following steps: preparing a main agent, adding bio-based
epoxy resin,
zinc-free anti-
rust pigment, filler, dispersing agent and defoaming agent into a reaction kettle according to the
mass ratio of (40-50%): (15-25%): (10-20%): (0.5-2%): (0.3-1%), stirring for 60-90 minutes at the temperature of 30-45 DEG C and the speed of 800-1200 rpm, adding a functional auxiliary agent, stirring for 20-30 minutes at the temperature of 30-45 DEG C, and cooling to
room temperature. The production process comprises the following steps: S1, mixing a main agent and a curing agent, adding a flatting agent, an adhesion
promoter and a hydrophobic modifier into a mixture in S1, continuously stirring for 20-30 minutes at 500-800rpm, preparing a finished product, mixing the main agent and the curing agent according to a
mass ratio of (4: 1)-(5: 1), and stirring for 30 minutes at a
constant speed at 25-35 DEG C to obtain the anti-corrosive primer. The raw materials are from renewable resources, the consumption of
petroleum-based materials is reduced in the production process, and the concept of
environmental protection and
sustainable development is met; through the synergistic effect of the special
zinc-free anti-
rust pigment and the bio-based resin, the anti-rust performance of the
coating is ensured while the risk of heavy
metal pollution is eliminated.
