The device injects the mixed oxyhydrogen gas after water electrolysis into a combustion chamber of the internal-combustion engine to accelerate fuel oil or fuel gas combustion and realizes the full combustion of the fuel oil or fuel gas, thus improving the thermal efficiency, reducing the consumption of the fuel oil or fuel gas, and reducing the emissions of greenhouse gases, harmful gases and solid particles.
