cooker body (1), a heating disc (13), an inner liner (2) and a heating
control circuit, wherein an open slot is arranged on an outer side edge at the upper end of the inner liner, and a convex surface at the upper end of the
cooker body is matched with the open slot; an inner cover (7) comprises a circular rigid plate and an elastic soft rubber (3), an
exhaust valve (9) is arranged at the middle part of the inner cover, a seal ring (10) is arranged between a valve body of the
exhaust valve and the inner cover, the upper end of the
exhaust valve is movably connected with a lifting pull rod (8) arranged on an upper cover (6), and a

intermittent heating and continuous pressure relief, and achieving the effects of energy saving, high safety, simple structure and low manufacturing and
processing cost.
