The invention relates to the field of organic-inorganic composites and in particular relates to a carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin polymer intercalated hydrotalcite material and a preparation method thereof. The hydrotalcite material is prepared by the steps of preparing carboxymethyl modified beta-cyclodextrin intercalated cobalt-iron hydrotalcite, fully mixing the hydrotalcite and epichlorohydrin under the condition of strong alkaline, and then carrying out polymerization reaction on interlayer cyclodextrin and the epichlorohydrin to obtain the carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin polymer intercalated hydrotalcite material. A chemical formula of the carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin polymer intercalated hydrotalcite material is [(Co<2+>)1-x(Fe<3+>)x(OH)2]<x+>(CMCDP<n->)x/n.mH2O, wherein x is equal to 0.25-0.33, m is equal to 3-6 and is an amount of interlayer crystal water molecules, and n is equal to 25-50 and is an amount of negative charges carried by carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin polymer. Compared with monomer cyclodextrin intercalated hydrotalcite, the carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin polymer intercalated hydrotalcite has the advantages of more convenience, stronger stability, higher repeated utilization ratio, larger application range and the like. The invention provides a method for simultaneously carrying out chiral separation analysis on anisodamine, atenolol and metoprolol, which comprises the following steps: putting an anisodamine sample, an atenolol sample and a metoprolol sample in a sample cell of a capillary electrophoresis electrochemistry luminescence detection hyphenated instrument and applying an injection voltage to make the samples enter a capillary of the instrument; applying a separation voltage to make the samples carry out electrophoretic separation in the capillary, wherein the capillary is filled with separation solution comprising carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin and the pH value of the separation solution is between 3.0 and 6.0; and making the separated samples enter a detection cell of the instrument and applying a detection voltage to carry out detection, wherein the detection cell is filled with detection solution comprising tris (bipyridine) ruthenium and the pH value of the detection solution is between 6.0 and 9.0. Compared with the prior art, the method for carrying out chiral separation analysis, which is provided by the invention, has the advantages of less reagent use, lower detection cost, higher separation efficiency and higher detection sensitivity.

According to the nano cyclodextrin composite additive, with coconut shell charcoal for cigarettes as a carrier and carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin and cationic polyelectrolyte as raw materials, the composite additive, with the surface loaded with cyclodextrin nano particles, of a micro-nano structure is obtained in an electrostatic drive in-situ growth mode. The cyclodextrin nano particles loaded in the composite additive are complex compounds of the carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin and the positive-ion polyelectrolyte, and the mass percentage of the cyclodextrin nano particles loaded in the composite additive is 0.1%-10.0%. By adjusting the composition ratio of the carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin to the cationic polyelectrolyte in the cyclodextrin nano particles, the reducing effect of the composite additive on the release amount of the phenol in the cigarette smoke can be conveniently regulated and controlled. The raw materials of the composite additive are convenient and easy to obtain and low in price, and a preparation method of the composite additive is environmentally friendly, safe and controllable and has good industrial applicability.

The method comprises the steps: adding Fe3O4 nanoparticles and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate to a NaOH solution dissolved with carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment to obtain a mixed solution; dropwise adding epoxy chloropropane to the mixed solution to obtain a reactant; carrying out magnetic separation of the reactant, and carrying out vacuum drying to obtain a product; and then carrying out ultrasonic dispersion of the product in deionized water, adding PBTCA, and continuing to carry out ultrasonic treatment for 4-6 h under a condition of room temperature, to obtain the cyclodextrin organic phosphonic acid inclusion compound. The magnetic nano material synthesized with Fe3O4 nanoparticles as a carrier can solve the problem successfully, the strong chelating effect of organic phosphonic acid can be used for collecting heavy metal ions in an aqueous solution, moreover, adsorbed magnetic nanoparticles can be rapidly removed from the solution under an action of an external magnetic field, the adsorption material can be conveniently and quickly recycled and reused, and at the same time, the inclusion compound has little influence on the environment, and is green and environmentally friendly.

The adsorbing material has the better hydrophilic property, the CMbeta-CD capacity and the water absorption of the adsorbing material are adjustable in a large range, and the adsorbing material has higher adsorption capacity for phenol in water; the adsorbed phenol can be desorbed with an ethanol aqueous solution, the adsorbing material is regenerated, and phenol can be recycled; the regenerated adsorbing material can adsorb phenol continuously, and the adsorbing capacity is not reduced obviously.
