The invention provides a novel high-water-whitening-resistance aqueous artificial granite
composite coating finishing
varnish. The finishing
varnish is composed of a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following components, by
mass, 40-50% of an aqueous hydroxy
fluorocarbon emulsion, 20-30% of an aqueous hydroxy
acrylic resin, 0.2-0.4% of a leveling agent, 0.2-0.4% of an antifoaming agent, 0.1-0.2% of a drier and 20-30% of water; and the component B can be dissolved or emulsified in water, and is a hydrophilic modified
hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer solution having a
mass percent of 75-85%. The invention also provides a preparation method of the finishing
varnish. The finishing varnish is obtained by uniformly mixing the component A and the component B according to a weight ratio of the component A to the component B of 6-10:1, and allowing the obtained mixture to stand for 10-15min for use. An artificial granite
coating is finished through the self-
drying fluorocarbon finishing varnish via the two aqueous components at normal temperature in the invention to solve the water-whitening resistance problem. The finishing varnish provided by the invention has the advantages of film formation through normal temperature curing and
drying, good endurance, simple construction, and realization of direct spraying or roller
coating on the surface of the aqueous artificial granite
coating; and the coating has the advantages of excellent weatherability, excellent
self cleaning performance, and excellent water-whitening resistance.
