The invention provides an in-place regenerating activating furnace,
system and method for saturated
active carbon. The in-place regenerating activating furnace,
system and method are used for in-place regeneration of saturated
active carbon used in a
sewage treatment
plant. The regenerating activating furnace comprises a furnace body, a driving device, a riding wheel device and a
combustion chamber, wherein at least one gas introduction
pipe is connected into the furnace body, the outer end of the gas introduction
pipe is connected with a gas source, and the gas source is used for supplying
combustion-supporting gas; the
combustion-supporting gas is introduced into the furnace body through the gas introduction
pipe, so that the temperature in the furnace body is increased; energy of the rotary regeneration activating furnace is from
natural gas, heavy oil or other oil products.
Waste gas produced in the regeneration process is purified by a
scrubber tower and then is exhausted through an induced draft fan. With the adoption of the regenerating activating furnace, regeneration of the adsorbed saturated
active carbon in the
sewage treatment
plant can be realized, for indexes after regeneration, the
iodine value is higher than or equal to 560 mg / g,
methylene blue is higher than or equal to 70 mg / g, and the strength is higher than or equal to 85%; the regeneration yield is not lower than 90% of that of original active carbon. Compared with a traditional method, the method has the advantages that
hazardous waste emission reduction,
energy conservation and the like are realized, the operation cost of
water treatment adopting an active carbon method can be effectively reduced, and good social and environmental benefits are achieved.
