The invention provides a method for utilizing
fluorine-containing acid waste water for producing fluotitanic acid. The
fluorine-containing waste water is used as a
raw material, reacts with
metatitanic acid or titanic
iron ore, and is extracted and separated through
solvent to prepare fluotitanic acid. The method comprises the specific steps that 1,
fluorine and
titanium are metered according to the
molar ratio of (4-8):1, after the fluorine-containing acid waste water and
metatitanic acid or titanic
iron ore are mixed uniformly, the mixture is subjected to a stirring reaction for 20-400 min under the conditions with the temperature being minus 10 DEG C-120 DEG C and pressure being 1-10 atm to obtain a
titanic acid solution; in the fluorine-containing acid waste water,
mass concentration of fluorine is 8-50%; 2, calculation is carried out according to the
size ratio of (0.5-5):1,
oxygen-containing
organic solvent is added into the
titanic acid solution in the step 1, after being stirred and extracted, the mixture stands and is layered, and
oxygen-containing organic extract liquor containing
fluoride titanic acid and a water solution are separated, washed and purified to obtain a fluotitanic acid product. The waste
water treatment technology process is simple, production efficiency is high, cost is low, purity of the product is high, environment is protected while the fluorine-containing waste water is utilized in a resource mode, and the method has good economic and environmental benefits.
