The invention discloses an anti-corrosion composite coating for steel rail fastener elastic strips and bolt spikes and a preparation method and a coating method thereof. The composite coating comprises a bottom layer and a surface layer, wherein the bottom layer is modified silicone rubber, and the surface layer is fluorine-silicone-modified acrylic resin. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a bottom layer coating: heating and mixing the base rubber, the plasticizer and the filler, adding the modified resin and the antirust agent, performing stirring and cooling, and sequentially adding the cross-linking agent and the catalyst to obtain the modified silicone rubber; and (2) preparing a surface layer coating: the fluorine-silicon-modified acrylic resin is prepared by carrying out silicon modification on acrylic resin and then carrying out fluorine modification on the acrylic resin. The coating method is rusty coating. The coating is coated with two layers of materials; the bottom layer achieves anti-corrosion performance, and the adhesive force with the surface of the steel rail is improved; the surface layer realizes hydrophobic self-cleaning and anti-ultraviolet performance of the surface of the coating; the bottom layer and the surface layer are compatible, have layered migration performance, can be firmly attached to the surface of the track and are good in anti-corrosion effect; and the coating process is simple, and the coating workload is reduced.

The invention relates to a multifunctional laminated electronic diaphragm, which comprises a base layer, an insulated colorful dope layer, a metal diaphragm layer, a conductive glue diaphragm layer and a protective diaphragm layer which are sequentially laminated. The production method of the multifunctional laminated electronic diaphragm comprises the following steps that: 1) polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is used for producing a substrate, and corona pretreatment is undertaken on the surface of the substrate; 2) the insulated colorful dope is coated on the substrate; 3) the metal diaphragm layer is formed in a physical vapor deposition (PVD) method; 4) the conductive glue diaphragm layer is formed on the metal diaphragm layer; and 5) the protective diaphragm layer is attached onto theconductive glue diaphragm layer. The laminated electronic diaphragm is provided with the colorful base diaphragm layer, so the laminated electronic diaphragm is convenient to identify; the metal diaphragm layer which is generated in the PVD method and the insulated colorful dope layer have high stripping strength, so the laminated electronic diaphragm can bear the heat and can be used in a lamination technique and connection of soft plates and soft-hard combined plates; and at the same time the laminated electronic diaphragm can realize the shielding function and the soft connection function.Moreover, the cost is low, the bending performance is excellent, and the laminated electronic diaphragm is easy to process.
