The invention provides an anti-impact wear-resistant adhesive coating and a preparation method thereof. The wear-resistant adhesive coating consists of a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is a mixture of 2 to 15 parts of aramid pulp, 20 to 70 parts of bisphenol A epoxy resin, 10 to 40 parts of bisphenol F epoxy resin, 300 to 400 parts of silicon carbide, 50 to 100 parts of alumina, 0 to 5 parts of silica and 0 to 5 parts of silane coupling agent; the component B is a mixture of 5 to 15 parts of polyamine, 1 to 5 parts of polythiol, 20 to 40 parts of alumina, 0 to 5 parts of silane coupling agent, 2 to 8 parts of curing accelerator and 0.5 to 5 parts of silica; and the weight ratio of the component A to the component B in the using process is 10:1, and a hard and wear-resistant composite coating material is formed by reaction and can be used for bonding, repairing and protecting a metal surface. The bisphenol A epoxy resin and the bisphenol F epoxy resin are used as an adhesive substrate, the aramid pulp is used as a toughening agent, and silicon carbide and alumina particles with different particle sizes are added, so that fine particles are filled in large interparticle gaps, bulk density is increased, and the strength and wear resistance of the wear-resistant adhesive coating are improved.
