The invention provides microbial fermented feed capable of improving meat quality of pork. The microbial fermented feed is prepared from the following materials in parts by
mass: 20 to 30 parts of basic ingredients, 40 to 70 parts of main ingredients, 10 to 20 parts of auxiliary ingredients and 3 to 10 parts of additives, wherein the basic ingredients are prepared from the following materials in parts by
mass: 30 to 50 parts of wheat
straw, 20 to 30 parts of sweet potato seedlings, 20 to 30 parts of pumpkin seedlings and 20 to 30 parts of pea seedlings; the main ingredients are prepared from the following materials: wheat
bran, sweet potatoes, peas, pumpkins, soya-bean residues and
fish meal; the auxiliary ingredients are prepared from the following materials:
herba cistanche, poria cocos,
endothelium corneum gigeriae galli, radix glycyrrhizae, apricot seeds, folium mori,
semen persicae,
fructus aurantii immaturus,
pericarpium citri reticulatae, radix astragali, radix
codonopsis, fructus crataegi and folium artemisiae argyi. According to the microbial fermented feed disclosed by the invention, micro-ecological anaerobic
fermentation is carried out by utilizing living
bacteria preparations such as bacillus,
bifidobacterium and
lactobacillus, and
bacteria are inhibited by utilizing the
bacteria, so that health-care and
immunity are achieved; because of addition of
fructooligosaccharide,
polyfructose and L-
carnitine, proliferation of profitable bacterial
flora in an intestinal tract can be more effectively promoted, the health of the intestinal tract is maintained, and
digestion and absorption functions are improved.
