The internal component group is disposed within the reaction tube, which is disposed within the heat exchange jacket. An expansion tube is formed at the top of the reaction tube. A first outlet on the bottom side of the expansion tube is connected to the separator inlet of the solid-liquid separator. The solid phase outlet of the solid-liquid separator is connected to the first inlet on the bottom side of the reaction tube. A second outlet at the top of the expansion tube of one of the adjacent reactor groups is connected to the second inlet on the bottom side of the reaction tube of the other reactor group. This application employs a new reaction medium and reaction conditions, improving reaction efficiency and yield, and features low gas-liquid backmixing, high production capacity per unit volume, and high safety.

The on-demand formation of Lewis base molecules for fabricating efficient and stable formamidinium lead iodide (FAPbI3)-based perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Semicarbazide hydrochloride (SECl) is incorporated as an additive in the perovskite precursor, which deprotonates to form semicarbazide (SE) molecules when needed to stabilize the intermediate 𝛿 phase. SE molecules protonate again to form SECl salt when they must be removed rapidly to accelerate the transition from the intermediate 𝛿 phase to the photovoltaic 𝛼 phase, leading to high film quality and homogeneous vertical distributions of A-site cations.

The hydrazine-containing composition is a liquid mixture that includes from 5 mol % to 95 mol % of unprotonated hydrazine selected from hydrazine, monomethylhydrazine, dimethylhydrazine, ethylhydrazine, and combinations thereof, and from 5 mol % to 90 mol % of at least one oxygen-containing solute or solvent selected from acetals, acetyls, alcoxyamines having two or more carbon atoms, aldehydes, amides, amides and particularly carboxamides, aminoalcohols, carbazides, semicarbazides, carbon-containing nitrate salts comprising cations with logarithmic dissociation constants less than 9.2, hydroxyalkyl nitro compounds, hydroxyalkylhydrazines, carbonates, carboxylic acids and anhydrides of carboxylic acids, esters, ethers, ketals, ketones, mono- and poly-alcohols in 31% or greater mass fraction, nitrate esters, nitrosamines, sugars, and combinations thereof. The unprotonated hydrazine has a first vapor pressure and the oxygen-containing solvent has a second vapor pressure that is less than the first vapor pressure.
