The specific preparing steps include: mixing the weathered quartz sand and the gypsum, conveying a mixture to a ball mill, adding water, and ball milling to obtain pulp; crushing and ball milling to the quick lime to obtain quick lime powder; mixing the water and the aluminum paste according to a mass ratio of 8-10:1, and stirring to obtain aluminum slurry; adding the cement, the quick lime powder, the pulp, the stone cracking agent and the water into a stirring tank, mixing and stirring, heating to 40-50 DEG C, adding the aluminum slurry into the stirring tank, continuing to stir, standing in a pre-curing room at room temperature of 40-50 DEG C, and after slurry coagulates, controlling expansion rate of coagulum to 12-15% so as to finish the preparation of this material. This material of the invention is easy to obtain and low in price, the process is simple, and the material is readily prepared for use.
