The ethyl acetate extraction purity reaches over 80 percent. The invention also provides a corydalis tubertotal alkali preparation and the use of the corydalis tuber total alkali preparation in the preparation of medicines for treating gynecological diseases, in particular the use of the corydalis tuber total alkali preparation in the preparation of medicines for treating dysmenorrheal, abnormal menstruation or endometriosis.
