The inorganic-organic hybridized flocculating agent is prepared through introducing the acrylamide and the dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride into the inorganic flocculating agent and initiating two types of monomers to be subjected to in-situ copolymerization in an inorganic system. The inorganic-organic hybridized flocculating agent can be adaptive to sedimentation of electrified fine grained tailings through reasonably selecting raw materials and proportioning; the sedimentation speed of a tailing suspension solution can be remarkably improved under the condition that the adding amount is low, and the turbidity of supernatant is reduced; the treatment cost of wastewater is reduced and the quality of returned water is improved, and the aims of saving energy and reducing emission are realized.

The used sludge conditioning agent is extremely strong in adsorption capacity, low in cost and excellent in performance; the sludge treatment process is simple, the dewatering time is short and the water content of the sludge is low; the dewatered sludge can be directly recycled without drying and dewatering, so that the sludge dewatering conditioning agent has good application prospect.

The resin is 50-500 [mu]m in particle size, is 40-65% in transformation swelling rate and is not less than 80% in roundness after abrasion. The resin is 0.05-1.0% in iron dissolution quantity after being soaked in a 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution for 24 h. The resin can be used for separation or removal of heavy metal ions, ammonia nitrogen and other cation substances in waste water, drinking water or natural water bodies.
