The invention also discloses a system for extracting erythritol, which comprises a primary ceramic membrane filtration device, a nanofiltration membrane purification device, a resin separation and purification device and a concentration and crystallization system which are connected with one another through pipelines. A grading device capable of grading the nanofiltration dialysate to different outlets according to the concentration value of the nanofiltration dialysate is arranged on a nanofiltration dialysate outlet of the nanofiltration membrane purification device, and a plurality of grading outlets are formed in the grading device. According to the invention, the nanofiltration dialysate is subjected to grading treatment according to the solubility by adopting the grading device, and enters different treatment procedures according to different concentrations, so that the concentration change of the system is small, the later process is stabilized, the utilization rate of feed liquid is greatly improved, the energy consumption of subsequent evaporative crystallization is reduced, and meanwhile, the water consumption in the elution process is also reduced.
