The invention discloses a pitching multi-beam weather radar, which comprises a base, an offset antenna reflecting surface, a plurality of feed source loudspeakers, a rotating base, a rotating mechanism, a first servo driver, a transmitting and receiving module, a data processor, a communication module, a power supply module and a power supply, the plurality of feed source loudspeakers are respectively connected with the transmitting and receiving module through a plurality of sets of parallel feed line systems, and generate a plurality of wave beams with pitch angle coverage ranges which are not overlapped with one another at the same scanning moment; and the data processor performs frequency conversion amplification on a frequency modulation signal or a phase encoding signal, then distributes the frequency modulation signal or the phase encoding signal to the plurality of feed source loudspeakers, radiates the frequency modulation signal or the phase encoding signal to the surface ofa detection target through the offset antenna reflecting surface, receives echo signals fed back by the plurality of feed source loudspeakers, and calculates detection target echo information by combining the received echo signals. The phased array weather radar successfully overcomes the defect that an existing phased array weather radar is high in cost, and meanwhile the problems that a traditional weather radar is long in observation time, complex in structure, low in reliability and the like are solved.
