2D/2Dg-C3N4CoAl-LDH hydrogen production heterojunction material as well as preparation method and application of 2D/2Dg-C3N4CoAl-LDH hydrogen production heterojunction material

The invention discloses preparation of a 2D / 2D g-C3N4 / CoAl-LDH heterojunction material and application of the 2D / 2D g-C3N4 / CoAl-LDH heterojunction material in photocatalytic decomposition of water into hydrogen, and belongs to the technical field of material preparation and renewable clean energy utilization. According to the preparation of the heterojunction material, a g-C3N4 nanosheet is used as a template, and CoAl-LDH is loaded on the surface of the C3N4 nanosheet through an in-situ one-step hydrothermal method to form a two-dimensional / two-dimensional planar heterojunction composite material. The larger contact interface area of the obtained planar heterostructure provides more high-speed channels for migration and separation of photon-generated carriers; meanwhile, due to the surface characteristics of the 2D nanosheets, the 2D nanosheets are similar to modification between molecular layers, the proportion of surface atoms is kept as large as possible, and more active sites areprovided for a photocatalytic reaction. Therefore, the composite heterojunction sample shows excellent performance in a photocatalytic hydrogen production reaction. The preparation method disclosed bythe invention is simple to operate, high in catalyst activity and stability and relatively great in application potential.
