The invention provides a separating and purifying process of isochrysis galbana exopolysaccharide; and the process comprises the following steps of: preparing crude isochrysis galbana exopolysaccharide by using isochrysis galbana culturing solution as a raw material; separating the crude isochrysis galbana exopolysaccharide ECPS by ion exchange chromatography, so as to obtain neutral polysaccharide and acidic polysaccharide components; loading the neutral polysaccharide and acidic polysaccharide components on a gel column for chromatography, so as to obtain eight components, wherein except for an ECPSII-A component, the quantities of the rest polysaccharide components are small; purifying the ECPSII-A component by using the gel column chromatography, so as to obtain a single polysaccharide component; and depositing, freezing and drying the single polysaccharide component by ethanol so as to prepare pure exopolysaccharide ECPSIII. According to the invention, the separating and purifying process of the isochrysis galbana exopolysaccharide is established; and the process is simple and reasonable and has the advantages of stable reproducibility and good operability. A good experiment basis is laid for follow-up study on biological activity of the polysaccharide; moreover, the microalgae polysaccharide can be applied to the medicine and medical field like other polysaccharide substances.

The method comprises the steps of preparation of a measuring solution, drawing of a measure curve and calculation of a measured value, wherein besides components to be measured, internal standard substance components are quantitatively added in the preparation of the solution to be measured; after measurement, a series of discrete signal points are obtained on a new coordinate system, and continuous curves of different types of equipment and corresponding methods are further obtained; and an internal standard normalized spectrogram defined in the method is obtained by calculating the spectrogram, and the calculated peak height or peak area is called relative peak height or relative peak area. The quantitative analysis method has the beneficial effects that as the new spectrogram expression method of internal standard normalized spectrogram is creatively designed and adopted for the first time, the RSD value of the spectrogram in the existing analytical instrument is greatly reduced, namely the influence of operating conditions on the peak height is obviously reduced; and proved by experiments, remarkable improvement effects are achieved in the existing various instrument analysis methods.

The invention relates to an epitaxial growth method of a high-resistance GaN thin film. The method is performed in MOCVD equipment and includes a substrate baking stage, a nucleation stage and an epitaxial growth stage. The method is characterized in that a metal organic matter trimethylindium is used as a C impurity doping source during the epitaxial growth stage. With the method adopted, the high resistance of the GaN thin film can be achieved; the TMIn is unlikely to form In-N bonds in crystal lattices under high temperature, and therefore, high growth temperature can assist in avoiding theformation of InGaN alloys and ensuring the integrity of the lattice structure of the GaN thin film; the concentration of C impurities in a GaN epitaxial layer can be effectively controlled by changing the flow rate of the dopant TMIn, and therefore, doping efficiency is high, and repeatability is stable; and a doping source pipeline is not required to be added into an MOCVD system, other C dopingsources are not required to be installed, and therefore, the resources of existing device can be fully utilized. The method is of simplicity and easy to operate. The epitaxial material has good performance. The high-quality and low-cost growth of the high-resistance GaN thin film can be realized.

The present invention discloses a solid-phase extraction analysis method of perfluorooctane sulfonic acid compounds in wastewater.
