The present invention relates to a method for resting and evaluating capacity of corrosion prevention system of cosmetic. The invention selects micrococcus pyogenes, bacillus coil, bacillus pyocyaneus, candida albicans, aspergillus niger and salmonella as evaluating strain. The product is grafted into the cosmetic sample solution through the six pathogens and the mixed strains composed of the six pathogens for executing culture experiment. The corrosion prevention capacity of cosmetic is evaluated through comparing and identifying data. The risk resistance capacity of cosmetic for resisting the microbial pollution is effectively evaluated. As the six pathogens have wide representativeness and typical reference value, the six pathogens are used as the typical representative sample strains for evaluating. If the corrosion prevention capacity test is passed, the pollution of product by the microorganism can be effectively prevented, and the possibility of product pollution caused by the reproduction of microorganism can be effectively suppressed. The safety risk caused by product and the cost for frequently executing microbiological examination can be reduced through the basic product formula checked by the corrosion prevention capacity test or all products extended from the basic product formula. Design and preparation of iodine antibacterial hydroxyapatite coating titanium and titanium alloy implants

The invention relates to a design, a preparation and an application of iodine antibacterial hydroxyapatite coating metal implants. The metal implants comprise pure titanium or a titanium alloy matrix and an iodine antibacterial hydroxyapatite coating which comprises hydroxyapatite and povidone iodine particles, wherein iodine is used as an antibacterial additive, and the mass percentage of iodine in the composite coating is 1-3%. The matrix which is pretreated is subjected to a vacuum plasma spraying technology to prepare the composite coating. The composite coating which has the bone ingrowth characteristic of prosthese surface hydroxyapatite and has the antibacterial performance of iodine has a good biocompatibility, a good biomechanical performance and an antibacterial performance, can control the infection and the loosening related with the implants of prosthese and the like, and simultaneously avoids the toxic side effect caused by the whole body antibiotic application and possible adverse events of the drug resistance and the like caused by the local antibiotic application. A titanium alloy femoral joint prosthese example of the hydroxyapatite composite coating containing 2wt% of iodine is shown in Fig. 1. The inhibition rate of hydroxyapatite coatings of different iodine contents to escherichia coli, Bacillus pyocyaneus and staphylococcus aureus is shown in Fig. 2.

The invention discloses a Pseudomonas aeruginosa vaccine and a preparation method thereof, which relate to a vaccine and a preparation method thereof. The invention solves the problems that the prior antibiotic is difficult to cure Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection, and a Pseudomonas aeruginosa vaccine with single valence can not satisfy the demand of clinical immunity. The vaccine consists of endotoxin of Pseudomonas aeruginosa P1, endotoxin of Pseudomonas aeruginosa P2, endotoxin of Pseudomonas aeruginosa P6 and toxoid of Pseudomonas aeruginosa P103 which are placed in physiological saline. The preparation method comprises the following steps: the endotoxins of Pseudomonas aeruginosaes are prepared; the toxoid of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa P103 is prepared; and the Pseudomonas aeruginosa vaccine can be obtained by mixing the endotoxins of the Pseudomonas aeruginosaes and the toxoid of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa P103. The Pseudomonas aeruginosa vaccine belongs to a polyvalent vaccine; the endotoxins of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa P1, the Pseudomonas aeruginosa P2 and the Pseudomonas aeruginosa P6 are adopted, so known type 11 Pseudomonas aeruginosa can be immunized; and the toxoid of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa P103 is added, so the immune effect of the vaccine to the Pseudomonas aeruginosaes is strengthened.
