The invention relates to the technical field of structure optimization, in particular to a collaborative optimization design method of a constrained damping structure, which comprises the following steps of: constructing a collaborative optimization model of the constrained damping structure by taking maximization of a macrostructure modal loss factor as an optimization target; constructing a finite element model of a constrained damping microstructure, analyzing the equivalent density and the equivalent shear modulus of damping material cell elements based on a progressive homogenization method, and establishing a macroscopic finite element model of a periodic perforated constrained damping plate structure on the basis of the equivalent density and the equivalent shear modulus; calculating the sensitivity of the optimization target to the microcosmic design variable and the macrocosmic design variable; and filtering the sensitivity by adopting a filtering method with a variable filtering radius, and updating a design variable value by adopting a moving asymptotic line algorithm to obtain microscopic and macroscopic topological optimization configurations of the constrained dampingstructure. Under the condition that the usage amount of the constraint damping material is controlled, the damping characteristic of the constraint damping structure is effectively improved, and thegood vibration and noise reduction effect is achieved.
