The invention relates to a ceramsite oil-gas fracturing propping agent prepared from
solid waste ceramsite sand and a preparation method of the ceramsite oil-gas fracturing propping agent, belonging to the technical field of a propping agent for
ceramic materials and oil and gas field fracturing construction and exploration. According to the propping agent,
solid waste ceramsite sand,
bauxite, MnO2 and
dolomite are used as raw materials, wherein the percentages by
mass of the
solid waste ceramsite sand, the
bauxite, the MnO2 and the
dolomite are respectively 15-25%, 70-80%, 1-3% and 2-4%, and the sum of the percentages is 100%. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing raw materials according to a ratio, adding an appropriate amount of an
adhesive, uniformly mixing, adding water or a water solution which is 10-15wt% of the mixed material, pelleting, screening granules with expected specification,
drying and
sintering at a high temperature so as to prepare the composite-phase ceramsite oil-gas fracturing propping agent of which the main
crystal phase is Al2O3 and the secondary
crystal phase is
mullite 3Al2O3.2SiO2. Due to adoption of the preparation method, the aluminum
oxide /
mullite composite-phase ceramsite oil-gas fracturing propping agent can be prepared with low cost,
pollution of the solid waste ceramsite sand is reduced, and the comprehensive utilization of the solid waste ceramsite sand is achieved.
