The application provides a preparation method and a preparation
system of a
sulfur-carbon
composite material, and comprises: an up-flowing
fluidized bed device used for catalytic
cracking of H2S to obtain a
cracking product; a gas purification and separation device in communication with the up-flowing
fluidized bed device, used for separating H2 in the
cracking product to obtain a
mixed gas containing
sulfur vapor and residual unreacted H2S; and a down-flowing
fluidized bed device in communication with the gas purification and separation device, used for vapor deposition of the
sulfur vapor into the pore structure of a
porous carbon material. The application generates sulfur vapor and H2 through thermal cracking of H2S, and then embeds the sulfur vapor into the pores of the
porous carbon material in a vapor deposition manner, so that the uniform loading of sulfur on the carbon material is realized, and the obtained sulfur-carbon
composite material can be used as an
energy storage material. The application realizes the harmless treatment of a large amount of H2S gas generated in the industrial field of
mineral processing and reduces environmental
pollution. In addition, the preparation
system of the sulfur-carbon
composite material provided by the application can also obtain H2 byproducts, promotes the recycling of H2 resources, and improves industrial efficiency.
