methanol gasoline water soluble agent, belonging to the field of
alcohol gasoline alternative fuel additives, and being prepared from the following raw materials by weight percent: 54.7 percent to 62.5 percent of partially saponified
ammonium soap and 37.5 percent to 45.3 percent of
fatty alcohol, wherein the partially saponified
ammonium soap is an incomplete saponified product
fatty acid ammonium generated by partial
saponification reaction of animal and vegetable oils,
waste oil or
organic acid and organic ammonium or inorganic ammonium. Compared with a traditional cosolvent, the
methanol gasoline water soluble agent has the advantages of simple preparation, little agent addition, low cost, favorable effect and the like. By using the
water soluble agent in
methanol gasoline of each grade of M15 to M100, the methanol gasoline can generally keep non-stratification by being dissolved in water for 3 percent to 5 percent. Finished methanol gasoline can be dissolved in water for 6 percent to 7 percent without stratification to the upper limit, is not turbid, is clear and transparent, has long
stationary phase, and can completely satisfy the production, storage, transportation and use requirements of the methanol gasoline so as to solve the problem that the methanol gasoline generates phase separation because of the existence of water for a long time, and create beneficial conditions for generalization and popularization of the methanol gasoline.
