The flue gas enters the low-temperature section of the afterheat boiler again after being desulfurized and dedusted, so that the afterheat of the flue gas is fully and effectively recovered.

The method comprises the following steps: (1) transmitting the condensation water discharged by steam-consuming equipment to a flash drum to be performed with flash evaporation to obtain flash steam, and transmitting the flash steam and the dead steam discharged by the steam-consuming equipment to be below the liquid level of the condensation water in a water collecting tank; (2) transmitting the residual condensation water after flash evaporation to water processing equipment to be treated, and discharging to the water collecting tank to feed water for a boiler; (3) transmitting the condensation water in the water collecting tank to the boiler; and (4) when steam pressure in the water collecting tank exceeds the warning value, transmitting the steam in the water collecting tank to the steam-consuming equipment through a main boiler steam pipe by an injection pump. The temperature of the condensation water is lowered after flash evaporation, and then the condensation water is processed by the water processing equipment to prevent high temperature from damaging the water processing equipment; and meanwhile, the flash steam is directly recovered to the water collecting tank so as to take away most parts of heat of the condensation water, thus avoiding heat loss to the utmost degree, and realizing energy and water saving.

The method and the reactor have the advantages of axial and uniform distribution of the reaction gases, optimum distribution of bed temperature, high utilization rate of catalysts, and low pressure drop of fluids passing through the reactor. The invention is suitable for catalytic reactions in methanol, ammonia and dimethyl ether synthesis, as well as other exothermic gas-solid catalytic reactions under increased pressure.

The invention relates to a low-temperature heating device for a lithium-ion battery; the low-temperature heating device comprises the lithium-ion battery, two power devices of a motor controller and two winding inductors of a motor; the low-temperature heating device also comprises a heating control circuit arranged between the power devices of the motor controller and a negative electrode of thelithium-ion battery. The lithium-ion battery, the two power devices of the motor controller, the two winding inductors of the motor and the heating control circuit are successively connected to form acircuit. The heating control circuit comprises a capacitive element, an additional power device and a switching device. The capacitive element and the additional power device are connected in seriesand then connected in parallel with the switching device. An LC oscillating circuit is formed by the capacitive element and the winding inductors through opening and closing of the switching device and the additional power device respectively, and the high-frequency alternating current is generated. According to Joule's law, the heat is generated in the battery, and then the interior of the battery is heated. The device can be used for quickly and efficiently heating, and has uniform speed and good effect.

The method comprises the steps of: adopting a whole argon blowing mode for smelting of a converter; in refining, finally, adjusting boron alloying after finishing adjustment of other alloy ingredients and temperature; controlling N content of molten steel in a casting process to be less than or equal to 50ppm and B content to be less than or equal to 80ppm; and controlling the strength of secondarily cooling of the continuous casting billet to be a water ratio being less than or equal to 0.90 / kg, wherein the ratio of cooling water quantity of the secondary cooling at continuous casting stages in the total water ratio is 15-20% in a foot roller area, 15-22% in a vertical section area, 15-40% in an arc section area and 3-5% in a straightening area; and the narrow-surface temperature of a continuous casting billet in a bent area is more than 1000 DEG C, and the narrow-surface temperature of the continuous casting billet in the straightening area is more than 870 DEG C. According to the method for removing the transverse crack defects of the continuous casting billet corner of the boron steel, the nitrogen content in the molten steel is effectively reduced; the transverse cracks of the corner are removed; and the corner cut loss and the heat loss are avoided.
