The invention discloses a carbon nano-tube with a fluorine-containing surface, wherein the surface of the carbon nano-tube is of a carbon-fluorine covalent bond structure, the content of fluorine in the surface is 4-14%, and the decrease rate of the content of the fluorine is smaller than 5% after a produced fluorocarbon nano-tube is treated for 1 hour under a vacuum condition at 350 DEG C. The preparation method of the carbon nano-tube comprises the following steps of: firstly treating the carbon nano-tube by utilizing strong acid, secondly placing the carbon nano-tube in a vacuum reactor, charging fluorine/inert gas mixture with fluorine partial pressure of 10-100KPa in nitrogen atmosphere under room temperature to react for 0.5-4 hours at 150-300 DEG C, and cooling down to be the room temperature to obtain the carbon nano-tube. The fluorocarbon nano-tube prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high fluorine content, low reaction temperature, high safety, energy conservation, and simple process, a fluorine-containing group of the surface of the treated prepared fluorocarbon nano-tube has good heat resistance and lower cost, and the fluorocarbon nano-tube is suitable for large-batch production and has stronger application prospect.

The invention relates to a preparation process of nickel-saving type double-phase stainless steel, comprising the following steps of: 1) controlling components of a mother solution in an electric furnace as follows: more than 1.0% of C, less than 1.0% of Si, 12-21% of Cr, 1.5-1.9% of Ni and less than 0.025% of P, controlling a tapping temperature at 1580-1630 DEG C, and mixing the mother solution in the electric furnace with a high-carbon ferro-chrome mother solution in an intermediate-frequency furnace to form a mixed mother solution, wherein the high-carbon ferro-chrome mother solution contains the following components of 6-10% of C, less than 0.5% of Si, less than 0.06% of P, 62-72% of Cr and the balance of iron; and 2) blending the mixed mother solution into an AOD (Argon Oxygen Decarburization) furnace to carry out oxygen blowing and decarburization, nitrogen blowing and component adjustment, refining in a steel ladle refining furnace and adding a micro-alloy into the components, and finally adjusting, wherein the adjusted chrome-nickel equivalence ratio is more than or equal to 2.2. The chrome-nickel equivalence ratio is properly controlled to be good for forming double-phase stainless steel high-temperature ferrite so that heat machining is carried out in a single-phase region to the greatest extent; and furthermore, the preparation process is good for the high-temperature plasticity of the double-phase stainless steel.

According to the method, the binding strength between the used cement concrete pavement and the newly casted cement concrete shield layer is improved obviously, the new and old cement concrete pavements can be adhered into a whole, the maintaining quality of the cement concrete pavement is improved greatly, and the continual service life of the cement concrete pavement is prolonged greatly.

The invention relates to a zinc-aluminium terres rares hydrotalcite compound heat stabilizer for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as well as preparation and application of the compound heat stabilizer. The compound heat stabilizer is obtained by optimally complexing zinc-aluminium terres rares hydrotalcite and magnalium hydrotalcite in a certain proportion. After surface modification by sodium stearate, the zinc-aluminium terres rares hydrotalcite and magnalium hydrotalcite have good compatability with the PVC. In the compound heat stabilizer, the synergistic effect between two hydrotalcites and the synergistic effect between zinc and rare-earth elements in the zinc-aluminium terres rares hydrotalcite are utilized, and the excellent property of the rare-earth element is also utilized, thereby greatly improving the heat stability of the PVC. The zinc-aluminium terres rares hydrotalcite compound heat stabilizer has the advantages of no toxicity, high efficiency, simple preparation process and low price; and the dosage of an additive in the course of processing does not influence the property of the product. The static thermal degradation test result indicates that the heat stabilizing time (blackening time of a sample) of the optimally complexed heat stabilizer for the PVC is 210 minutes.

The starch is used as the accelerant, the bismuth vanadate photocatalyst is synthesized through the self-combustion method, the appearance of the bismuth vanadate photocatalyst is in a net-shaped particle ball shape, the diameter of a particle ball ranges from 8 microns to 15 microns, the bismuth vanadate photocatalyst has large specific surface area and high adsorption capacity, photocatalytic activity is improved, and the photocatalyst has an obvious visual light absorbing effect.
