The invention discloses a novel resurfacing welding cored welding strip which consists of a steel tube circled by steel strips and drug powder wrapped in the steel tube, the steel strips comprises an upper steel strip and a lower steel strip which can be purchased in the market. The shape of the steel tube circled by steel strips is that the longitudinal cross section is long flat form or rectangle-like shape, the longitudinal length is determined at will, and the steel tube can be cut out at will or winded into a tray according to requirements. The transverse edges of the upper steel strip and the lower steel strip are connected at the upper steel strip side in a related joint form, and the drug powder is filled in the steel tube circled by the steel strips evenly with the filling rate being 20-80%. According to the different types of resurfacing metals, the content of alloy element in the resurfacing welding cored welding strip is different. The cored welding strip has simple production equipment and technique, and low production cost, thus overcoming the defect that alloy welding filament used for filament resurfacing welding is difficult to produce and the problems of large investment on production equipment, high production cost and expensive price in cored welding filament production.

Method for preparing barium dititanate (BaTi2O5) ferroelectric film on silicon (Si) single crystal substrate

The invention relates to a method for preparing a barium dititanate (BaTi2O5) ferroelectric film on a silicon (Si) single crystal substrate. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) conveying the Si single crystal substrate growing along the direction of an a axis and a magnesium oxide (MgO) ceramic target material into a settling chamber and vacuumizing the chamber; heating the substrate and introducing high-purity oxygen; irradiating pulse laser beams on the surface of the target material to make the surface of the target material generate plasma plume; and settling the plasma plume on the substrate to form a MgO film buffer layer; and 2) conveying the Si single crystal substrate on which the MgO film buffer layer is settled and a BaTi2O5 ceramic target material into the settling chamber and vacuumizing the chamber; heating the substrate and introducing the high-purity oxygen; irradiating the pulse laser beams on the surface of the target material to make the surface of the target material generate plasma plume; and settling the plasma plume on the substrate to form a BaTi2O5 ferroelectric film. In the method, the single-phase BaTi2O5 ferroelectric film, which can preferably grow along the direction of a b axis on the Si single crystal substrate, can be obtained by building the MgO film buffer layer matched with the BaTi2O5 ferroelectric film; the compatibility of the BaTi2O5 ferroelectric film and a semiconductor process can be achieved; and the BaTi2O5 ferroelectric film is favorable for integrating with the traditional semiconductor device.

The invention relates to a preparation method and application of a TiO2-SiO2 composite nanofiber supported amorphous alloy catalyst. The preparation method can be sequentially implemented according to the following steps: (1) preparing a TiO2-SiO2 composite nanofiber by taking tetrabutyl titanate and ethyl orthosilicate as raw materials through electrostatic spinning and hot alkali post-processing methods; (2) preparing a solution A by taking a cobalt source and deionized water as the raw materials and dissolving the cobalt source into deionized water; (3) adding the TiO2-SiO2 composite nanofiber to the solution A to form a solution B, and stirring for certain time; (4) carrying out vacuum drying on the solution B to obtain solid powder C; (5) dissolving a boron source into a mixed solution of ethanol and water to obtain a solution D; (6) dropwise adding the solution D to the solid powder C to form a solution E, and stirring and mixing for certain time; and (7) carrying out suction filtration, washing and drying on the solution E to obtain a solid, namely a target product. The preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simplified process, reduced equipment and low investment cost.
