The method comprises the following steps: preparing seven artificial sweetener standards of acesulfame potassium, sodium cyclamate, saccharin sodium, sucralose, aspartame, neotame and neohesperidin dihydrochalcone into mother liquor of 1mg/mL respectively, then preparing a mixed standard solution with a concentration gradient, adding a 5ng/mL internal standard respectively, establishing a standard curve, carrying out separation with a C18 chromatographic column, using H2O, 5mMNH4Ac and 0.5mMTris-acetonitrile as a mobile phase, usinggradient elution to determine natures of separated components according to a retention time and a mass-charge ratio, and carrying out quantification by an internal standard method. An environmental water sample is filtered by a 0.45-micron filter membrane, is then purified and concentrated by a solid phase extraction method, and is finally detected and analyzed by liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry. The method provided by the invention can simultaneously carry out trace analysis on seven artificial sweeteners in environmental water bodies, and has a low detectionlimit, high sensitivity and good stability.
