The method comprises the following steps that a, graphene oxide solution is prepared, the graphene oxidesolution is fully filtered, impurities are removed, the purity degree is kept, moisture is added, and the concentration of the graphene oxide solution is 40-500 milligrams per litre; b, then the prepared graphene oxide solution is poured into a pool needing to be purified, the poured proportion is, by volume, 1:350; c, after mixing and stirring are completed, the pool is sealed, a breather pipe isarranged, the breather pipe is inserted into the pool, the ozone is injected into the pool by using the breather pipe, the air inlet concentration of the ozone is 20-45 milligrams per litre; d, catalyzed solution is prepared, and the catalyzed solution is slowly injected into the pool according to a proportion of 1:165. The water treatment method for catalyzing the ozone by using the graphene oxide has the advantages that the catalytic reaction is facilitated, the catalytic effect is improved, the process cost of the whole method is lower, the use is environmentally friendly, and it is of great significance in the filed of water resource purification.
