starch substances, adding water and performing 
slurry mixing, adding a liquefying 
enzyme and a saccharifying 
enzyme, performing enzymolysis liquefying and saccharifying, performing 
solid-liquid separation to obtain a 
sugar residue wet base and non-residue saccharifying liquid, inoculating 
lactic acid producing strains into the non-residue saccharifying liquid, fed-batching 
calcium hydroxide or 
calcium carbonate, performing a 
fermentation reaction, and performing 
solid-liquid separation to obtain a strain acid residue wet base and 
calcium lactate weak liquid; adding 
ferrous sulfate or 
ferric chloride into the calcium lactate weak liquid, enabling a reaction and performing 
solid-liquid separation to obtain calcium 
sulfate and 
ferrous lactate weak liquid; concentrating the ferrous lactate weak liquid to obtain ferrous lactate concentrated liquid; mixing one or two of the 
sugar residue wet base, the strain acid residue wet base and feed raw materials and one or two of 
clean water, stone 
powder, composite strain liquid and composite enzymes, and performing enzymolysis and 
fermentation to obtain a 
glycolysis feed wet base; and mixing and 
drying the 
glycolysis feed wet base and the ferrous lactate concentrated liquid to obtain the feeding ferrous lactate. The product provided by the invention is rich in ferrous lactate, 
lactic acid and ferrous lactate, and has the characteristics of rapid absorption, good iron supply effect, high 
palatability and the like.
