The fluorescent film provided by the invention is provided with arigid main chain, is high in conjugation degree and has the high luminous efficiency, meanwhile, local-hybrid charge transfer-state molecules can be constructed through introduction of side chain groups, and thus the organic fluorescent material achieves high-sensitivity detection on the nerve agents; and the fluorescent film has the advantages of low detection cost, high sensitivity, good repeatability, short detection time, significant fluorescence change and the like, the problems of high detection cost and long detection time of an existing nerve agent detection method are solved, and thefluorescent film has good application prospects in the field of detection of the organic phosphoric acid nerve agents.

According to the method, graphene oxide can be reduced and modified only at the same time through one-step reaction, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: mixing the graphene oxide with water, and carrying out ultrasonic stripping, thereby obtaining graphene oxide aqueous dispersion; mixing a rubber adjuvant solution with the graphene oxide aqueous dispersion, and carrying out heating stirring, thereby obtaining the rubber antioxidant-modified graphene oxide. According to the preparation method, a reducing agent is nontoxic and environmentally-friendly; the method is simple and feasible; the reaction conditions are mild; the obtained graphene oxide is low in oxygen-containing functional group content and high in conjugation degree; part of an antioxidant is grafted to the surface of graphene, so that uniform dispersion of the graphene in rubber can be promoted, and the interface bonding effect on a rubber matrix can be enhanced; furthermore, migration and volatilization of the antioxidant can be avoided, and the interaction efficiency of the antioxidant is improved; therefore, the performance of a rubber/graphene composite material is improved. A new opportunity and a new way for green and macroscopic quantity preparation of the graphene and obtaining of a high-performance rubber/graphene nano composite material are supplied.

The invention discloses a preparation method and application of near-infrared emission xanthene fluorescent dye with large Stokes shift. The preparation method has the advantages that xanthene fluorescent dye with maximum absorption wavelength exceeding 600 nm, maximum fluorescent emission wavelength exceeding 730 nm and Stokes shift exceeding 100 nm is designed and synthesized through a strategy of prolonging a xanthene conjugated system linearly, and the xanthene fluorescent dye is one of the fluorescent dyes with largest Stokes shift in the existing known rhodamine fluorescent dyes. According to a cell imaging experiment, the dye has good water solubility, biocompatibility, small biotoxicity and is used for positioning lysosome in a targeted mode. Besides, the dye structurally contains a spirolactone structure, and can be used as a near-infrared emission dye fluorescence reporter group to design various near-infrared emission fluorescence opening type biological fluorescent probes. In a word, the invention provides a design and synthesis method for the novel near-infrared emission xanthene fluorescent dye with large Stokes shift, and the novel near-infrared emission xanthene fluorescent dye is used for novel fluorescence probe design and development.

The pyrrole-containing triphenylamine conjugated schiff base compound is taken as an off-color material to be applied in electrochromic display material, acidichromism display material, acid sensing material, hole-transport material or anti-counterfeit material and camouflage material. Ratio type probe for detecting mercury ions and preparation method and application thereof

The invention relates to a ratio type probe for detecting mercury ions and a preparation method and application thereof. Specifically, the invention provides a probe for detecting mercury ions, which is simple and convenient to operate and high in sensitivity. The name of the probe is 7-diethylamino-3-(3-(7-diethylamino) coumarin)-3-oxopropenyl quinoline-2-ketone, and the probe is called QCT-O for short. The QCT-O is obtained by taking 7-diethylamino-2-oxo-1, 2-dihydroquinoline-3-formaldehyde and 7-diethylaminocoumarin-3-ethanone as raw materials, and carrying out a reaction under the action of a catalyst. The probe has the advantages of fast response to mercury ions, strong selectivity and high sensitivity. In the presence of mercury ions, the color of the probe solution changes from red to yellow (under sunlight), and changes from red fluorescence to blue-green fluorescence (under an ultraviolet lamp); the absorption peak disappears at the position of 500 nm, and new absorption peaks appear at the positions of 380 nm and 440 nm; the fluorescence intensity obviously changes at the wavelength of 650 nm, the absorption and emission response intensities linearly changes with the mercury ion concentration, and the lowest detection limits are 2.62 * 10 <-8 > mol/L and 4.37 * 10 <-8 > mol/L respectively.

Benzothiazole compound and preparation method thereof, and application as probe for hypobromous acid

The invention provides a benzothiazole compound probe, which can be reacted with HBrO to generate a cyclo-sulfilimine bond, thus increasing the conjugation degree of the reaction system and making a red shift on the fluorescence intensity of the reaction system by 137 nm and a change on fluorescence intensity ratio by 234 times. The probe can selectively recognize the HBrO without interference byother active oxygen substances and metal ions. Besides, the probe has advantages of short responding time and high sensitivity for detecting the HBrO and can be used for measurement of content of theHBrO. In addition, by researching the influence of pH value on measurement of the HBrO by the fluorescent probe, the fluorescence intensity ratio (I580/I447) of a probe blank solution to a solution with addition of HBrO is hardly changed along with change of pH value in the range of pH 2.0-12.0, so that it is proved that the pH has no obvious influence on the fluorescence intensity ratio. Withoutaddition of HBrO to the probe, a cell has strong fluorescence of blue pathway and weak fluorescence of red pathway, and the fluorescence is hardly to be seen. After the HBrO is added, the cell has weakened fluorescence of the blue pathway and enhanced fluorescence of the red pathway.
