The invention relates to a method for making landscape plant waste compost inoculum and an application of the same. The method is as follows: bacillus subtilis, trichoderma viride, lactobacillus plantarum, paracoccus denitrification, aspergillus oryzae and saccharomyces cerevisiae respectively occupying 10 to 20 mass portions are inoculated in a solid state fermentation medium so as to carry out cultivation and fermentation in dark sealing for 1 to 3 weeks at a temperature of between 25 and 30 DEG C; one week later, 250 mass portions of saw dust is added and evenly stirred and then cultivation and fermentation are continued; two weeks later, hay is placed to absorb surplus moisture and then is removed, and powdery inoculum can be obtained through drying in the shade for further use. Garden wastes are piled up and then are inoculated with inoculum with the weight occupying 1 to 3 per mill of that of a pile and dipped in warm water at a temperature of between 30 and 40 DEG C; compost is carried out at a temperature of between 55 and 65 DEG C, and pile turning and water replenishing are carried out every 3 to 4 days; then, pile turning and water replenishing are carried out every two weeks so as to keep pile water content of between 50 and 60 percent; thus, compost is completed after three weeks so as to reach to rotten innocuity standards. The strain has simple making and low cost, and can be directly used or bred continuously; moreover, the strain has no variation, no inactivation and long storage period, and the obtained compost can improve soil and increase nutrient utilization rate.

The nutrient medium is filter liquor which is prepared by taking plant powder, mineral composition, animal powder, organic acid and the like as raw materials, adding sewage or comprehensive sewage in cities to be processed, mixing, fermenting and filtering. The microorganism flora mixture is a microorganism preparation which is prepared by the following steps: respectively selecting fusarium oxysporum, aspergillus fumigatus, sphaerotilus, vorticella microstoma, photosynthetic bacteria, methanebacteria, desulphovibrio, nitrobacterium, pseudomonas fluorescens and other bacterial strains from obligate aerobes group, anaerobic bacteria group and facultative aerobe group preferentially, then expanding and cultivating, inoculating into the above mixed nutrient medium, mixing, cultivating and domesticating for 15-30 days at the temperature of 20-45 DEG C. The mixed nutrient medium in the invention can cultivate, propagate and domesticate flora mixture with the combination advantages of flora; the flora has stable integrity, no easy variation and strong adaptability, and the invention breaks through the technical bottlenecks of easy degeneracy of microorganism flora, easy decrease of biological activity and slow proliferation and expansion.

Fluorescent quantitative test strip for porcine epidemic diarrhea virus, and preparation method and application thereof

The present invention discloses a fluorescent quantitative test strip for the porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV), and a preparation method and application thereof. The fluorescent quantitative test strip comprises a sample pad, a fluorescent label binding pad sprayed with a fluorescent label probe, a nitrocellulose membrane sprayed with a detection line T and a quality control line C, and a piece of absorbent paper that are arranged sequentially in the order of connection. The fluorescent quantitative test strip further comprises a plastic bottom liner arranged in the lower part. The plastic bottom liner is configured to provide an assembly platform; the fluorescent label binding pad is sprayed with a PEDV monoclonal antibody fluorescent microsphere label and a goat-anti-rabbit IgG fluorescent microsphere label; and the nitrocellulose membrane is sprayed with a detection line T formed by the PEDV monoclonal antibody and a quality control line C formed by the goat-anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody. Experiments have proved that by using the test strip provided by the present invention, the sensibility is at least 10 times higher than that by using the existing RT-PCR and colloidal gold test strip detection method, the test sample is initially quantified, and the test result is digitized, so that the human subjective bias is avoided, and a technical means is provided for early diagnosis of the PEDV.
