The semiconductor PiP system structure comprises a lead frame, a first metal material layer, a second metal material layer, an IC (integrated circuit) chip provided with salient points, a lead bonding IC chip, an insulating filling material, a pasting material and a plastic package material, wherein the lead frame comprises a chip carrier and multiple pins which surround the chip carrier and are arranged in multiple circles; the first metal material layer and the second metal material layer are respectively positioned on the upper surface and lower surface of the lead frame, and the insulating filling material is positioned below a terraced structure of the lead frame; the lead bonding IC chip is positioned on the chip carrier; and the salient points of the IC chip provided with the salient points are positioned on the inner pins of multiple circles of the pins in a flip-chip bonding manner, the plastic package material is used for coating the IC chip provided with the salient points and the lead bonding IC chip, thus forming the semiconductor PiP system structure. Shielding box

The invention discloses a shielding box, and the shielding box comprises a box body and a cover body. The main part of the box body is formed by the jointing of a plurality of enclosing plates and a plurality of sections. Moreover, the box body is provided with a first opening. The sections are provided with inset grooves which are matched with the edges of the enclosing plates. The enclosing plates are installed on the sections in a mode of enabling the edges of the enclosing plates to be inserted into the inset grooves, and the adjacent enclosing plates are assembly on the same section. According to the preparation and application of the stainless steel mesh-loaded andcarbon-coated tin nanostructure, the charge-discharge capacity, the rate capability and the cycle performance of the sodium-ion battery are improved.

The non-quenched and non-tempered 980 MPa grade high-strength strapping steel is characterized in that chemical components of the non-quenched and non-tempered 980 MPa grade high-strength strapping steel comprise, by weight percentage, 0.17%-0.23% of C, 1.15%-1.35% of Mn, smaller than or equal to 0.35% of Si, smaller than or equal to 0.015% of S, smaller than or equal to 0.025% of P, larger than or equal to 0.015% of Als, smaller than or equal to 0.0060% of N and the balance iron and inevitable impurities. According to the method, medium low C is adopted, compared with conventional Mn component design, by means of control over a cooling path of the cooling work procedure, the partition of C in the phase change process of the steel is adjusted, medium temperature reeling is controlled, the pearlite transformation organization conversion is avoided, a ferrite bainite organization with the performance better than that of ferrite pearlite can be obtained, and ferrite bainite steel has high tensile strength, good uniform elongation performance and high n value. By means of the method, the high-strength strapping steel with the tensile strength larger than or equal to 980 Mpa and the elongation rate A30 larger than or equal to 10% can be obtained.

The invention discloses a method for synthesizing pyromellitic dianhydride through durene liquid-phase continuous oxygen-enriched precise oxidation in the technical field of organic chemical synthesis. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, proportioning and feeding: completely mixing durene, acetic acid and a cobalt-manganese-zinc-bromine catalyst according to the mass percent of (5-20%): (79.97-94.99%): (0.01-0.05%), and continuously pumping the mixed solution and oxygen-enriched gas into a micro-channel reactor for oxidation reaction; carrying out catalytic reaction to generate pyromellitic acid, and continuously discharging the generated reaction liquid rich in pyromellitic acid; then crystallizing and centrifuging, and removing acetic acid, water and the catalyst to obtain a filter cake, namely refined pyromellitic acid; and finally, dehydrating into anhydride to obtain the pyromellitic dianhydride. The method has the characteristics of high-speed mixing, efficient heat transfer, short reactant retention time, high conversion rate, no recrystallization or sublimation purification process, convenience in control, low oxidation reaction energy consumption, high safety coefficient, high reaction product purity and no amplification effect.
