polylactic acid composite mulching film and a preparation method thereof.The mulching film is of a three-layer
composite structure and sequentially comprises a
surface layer, a middle layer and an inner layer from top to bottom; the
surface layer comprises the following raw materials: PLA, PPC, PCL and a core-shell structure degradation
regulator, and the core-shell structure degradation
regulator takes
imidazole phosphate as a core and
calcium pyrophosphate as a shell; the middle layer is prepared from the following raw materials: PLA, PBAT, a compatibilizer containing an
epoxy group and a chain
extender containing an
epoxy group; the inner layer is prepared from the following raw materials: PLA,
starch and
humic acid. The degradation
regulator with the core-shell structure has a slow-release
catalysis function and has a regulation effect on degradation of a mulching film. The
surface layer of the composite mulching film provides a degradation regulation function; the middle layer provides mechanical support; the inner layer activates soil
flora and promotes
crop growth; through the synergistic effect of the three
layers, the contradictory requirements of high
initial strength, long functional period and rapid degradation in the later period of the mulching film are met.
