The invention discloses a polymeric environmentally-friendly root puncture-resistant waterproof polyurethane coating for a planting roof. The root puncture-resistant waterproof polyurethane coating comprises, by weight, 15-20 parts of polyether 2000N, 5-10 parts of polyether 330N, 4-6 parts of MDI, 0.06-0.1 part of a catalyst, 1-1.5 parts of a latent curing agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of a root punctureinhibitor, 0.2-0.5 part of a dispersant, 0.2-0.5 part of a defoamer, 0.2-0.5 part of an antioxidant, 45-55 parts of a filler and 1-2 parts of an anti-settling agent. Polyether polyol and isocyanate are used as basic raw materials, the chemical root puncture inhibitor is added, multiple additives and fillers are added, and addition polymerization is carried out to obtain the root puncture-resistantwaterproof polyurethane coating; and -NCO in a polyurethane prepolymer is contacted and chemically reacted with moisture in air to generate chemical bonds in order to form an elastic, tough, compactand highly-strong jointless integral waterproof coating film.
