The invention discloses a method for efficiently degrading lignocelluloses raw material. The method comprises the following steps of: simple smashing of raw material as well as enzymolysis of normal pressure microwave unite alkali liquor and cationic surface active agent disposal raw material and nonionic surfactant auxiliary cellulose, wherein the roughly smashed lignocelluloses raw material, the cationic surface active agent and the alkali liquor are mixed, after microwave processing at normal temperature, liquid and solid are separated, and furthermore, the nonionic surfactant auxiliary cellulose is added for solid enzymolysis so as to obtain a sugar liquid. According to the method, the advantages of the physical method and the chemical pretreatment method are complementary, so that the degree of crystallinity of the cellulose raw material is effectively lowered, the pretreatment time is shortened, and the pretreatment effect is improved; furthermore, alkali liquor with low concentration is beneficial to effective recycle in industrial production, pretreatment of lignocelluloses raw material at normal temperature can also lower the energy consumption in the pretreatment process obviously, and sugar liquid with higher concentration can be obtained in shorter hydrolysis time as the nonionic surfactant auxiliary cellulose is used for enzymolysis.

The invention discloses a phosphate starch biodegradable film and a preparation method of the phosphate starch biodegradable film, and is characterized in that the phosphate starch biodegradable film contains starch, polyvinyl alcohol, glyoxal, urea, phosphoric acid and glycerol; and phosphate starch is a mixture of starch, glyoxal, phosphoric acid, urea and polyvinyl alcohol. The invention has the advantages as follows: starch is treated with an appropriate amount of modification cross-linking agent, so as to greatly improve the water resistance of plastics; pure starch has high brittleness,and an appropriate amount of plasticizer is adopted to enhance ductility of the film, which is more suitable for industrial mass production; the material is endowed with different mechanical properties by adjusting the contents of phosphoric acid and urea and the consumption of plasticizer, with high technological content and novelty; the preparation process adopts conventional plastic process equipment and method, has a simple process and is easy to operate; the film is made from commercial starch by modification, plasticization and tape casting and is easily decomposed by microorganisms into carbon dioxide and water, with no environmental pollution; and starch is a renewable resource which is inexhaustible in supply and always available for use.

The invention discloses a method for separating MEOH-DMC (methanol-dimethyl carbonate) through vapor permeation, which belongs to the technical field of separation of methanol-dimethyl carbonate. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, with Na2O.n, SiO2, Al (OH)3 and Zn (OH) 2 as raw materials and a porous a-Al2O3 supporting membrane tube or a porous mullite membrane tube as a supporting membrane tube, preparing a NaY-Zn molecular sieve membrane through hydrothermal synthesis, and then, conveying MEOH-DMC saturated mixed vapor with temperature of 121-140 DEG C and pressure of 0.63-1.08 Mpa into a molecular sieve membrane separator equipped with the NaY-Zn molecular sieve membrane, and maintaining the vacuum absolute pressure of the permeation side of the molecular sieve membrane separator to 28-95 Kpa through a vacuumizing method, wherein the MEOH in the mixed vapor preferentially permeates through the molecular sieve membrane to be enriched on the permeation side of the membrane and is condensed into liquid under low vacuum degree, and the mixed vapor on the retentate side is further separated by multiple levels of serially connected molecular sieve membrane separators. The method disclosed by the invention can be used for effectively improving the separating performance of the MEOH-DMC and has the advantages of small investment, low operation cost and the like.

The catalyst preparation technology is simple and easy for industrial operation, the catalyst is high in catalytic activity and substantial in carbon deposition resistance, and during catalytic cracking, the catalyst is capable of improving conversion rate, reducing dry-gas yield and reducing coke selectivity, thereby optimizing product distribution.

Furthermore, the radiation modified soybean isolated protein/starch plastic is formed by the modified soybean isolated protein and a plasticiser by hot pressing, so that the radiation modified soybean isolated protein/starch plastic, after being discarded, is very easy to decompose into carbon dioxide and water by microbe without environmental pollution. The soybean protein is an inexhaustible renewable resource.
