The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a digital radar echo signal of a radar field work station to an acquisition processor; adding a file header to a radar original signal file according to a working parameter of a radar work field; generating radar signal files, storing the radar signal files in a file management server in a mobile transmission mode, establishing a database according to a geographic environment type, inquiring thedatabase in a single-condition and multi-condition inquiry mode, displaying inquired files on a client in a radar video image mode and a user-defined azimuth waveform mode, and then intercepting thefiles, transferring the files and transmitting the files. The method provides an actual measurement data source for researchers in the aspects of radar signal processing, target detection and tracking, clutter suppression, radar signal comprehensive display processing and the like, so that the research result is more scientific and accurate.
