According to the method provided by the invention, the adopted material preparation method is simple and rapid, the physical and chemical properties of the XKXW-V are stable, hydrophilicity is good, uranium selectivity is high, and the uranium adsorption capacity reaches up to 459.27 mg/g. The XKXW-V developed by the invention has good selectivity (Kd is greater than or equal to 559.9 L/g) to uranium aiming at high-concentration F-coexisting acidic uranium fluorine wastewater in a real pressurized water reactor fuel element preparation process, and the uranium removal rate can reach 99.8 percent. Therefore, the XKXW-V developed by the invention has a relatively good application prospect in deep purification of the uranium fluoride wastewater generated at the front end of nuclear fuel circulation.
