expired gas ketoneme positive. The acetone concentration of exhaled gas is analyzed on the basis of PTR-TOF-MS, the ketone
metabolism condition in the body is reflected through real-time, rapid and accurate detection of the acetone concentration of exhaled gas, compared with traditional blood beta-
hydroxybutyric acid determination, the method is noninvasive, meanwhile, the
hysteresis quality of uroketones detection is made up, and the detection accuracy is high. The method is of positive significance to real-time evaluation of
glycolipid metabolism of all people, especially diabetes people.
