The invention relates to a porous metal organic framework doped graphene oxide-based composite material and a rapid preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following specific steps: sequentially adding a metal salt, an organic ligand and a surfactant into an organic solvent, stirring to react for a period of time, and centrifuging, washing and drying the product to obtain a porous metal organic framework; and respectively diluting and mixing the porous metal organic framework and graphene oxide, and obtaining the porous metal organic framework doped graphene oxide-based composite material by adopting a vacuum or pressure-assisted filtering method. Compared with the traditional vacuum/pressure auxiliary filtering method, the filtering time of the composite material is greatly shortened, the thickness is controllable, a two-dimensional film and three-dimensional hydrogel and aerogel can be prepared, the limitation that hydrogel and aerogel cannotbe prepared through the traditional filtering method is broken through, and the prepared composite film has higher water flux and stronger mechanical properties and has wide application prospects in the aspects of dye separation and water treatment.

Based on a novel 2D/0D hybrid interdigital phototransistor, high responsivity, a ultrafast response speed and self-powered photoelectric detection performance are realized. The phototransistor comprises a Si/SiO2 substrate, double-layer MoS2 thin films, a Pt electrode, InP@ZnS quantum dots and a silver film, and the plurality of double-layer MoS2 thin films are arranged on an upper surface of the Si/SiO2 substrate; a Pt electrode is manufactured on the upper surfaces of the double-layer MoS2 thin films and the Si/SiO2 substrate to serve as a drain-source electrode; the Pt electrode is an interdigital electrode, a thickness of the Pt electrode is 50nm, a width of the Pt electrode is 2 microns, a finger length of the Pt electrode is 300 microns, and a width distance between the two electrodes is 5 microns; the InP@ZnS quantum dots are manufactured on the surfaces of the Si/SiO2 substrate, the double-layer MoS2 thin films and the Pt electrode; and the silver film is manufactured on a back surface of the Si/SiO2 substrate to serve as a back gate electrode. Due to a design of a 2-micron interdigital Pt electrode, a plasma resonance effect can be achieved, and photoresponsivity is improved; and introduction of an asymmetric Pt/MoS2 Schottky barrier can effectively balance a dilemma of the photoresponsivity and a photoresponse speed.

Preparation method of binary metal platinum-palladium prismatic catalyst and application of binary metal platinum-palladium prismatic catalyst in direct methanol fuel cell

The invention belongs to the technical field of fuel cell catalysts, and relates to a preparation method of a binary metal platinum-palladium prismatic catalyst, which comprises the following steps: dissolving a platinum precursor and a palladium precursor in a solvent containing a reducing agent, uniformly stirring, adding a surfactant for dispersion, then adding a carbon carrier, and ultrasonically and uniformly mixing to obtain a precursor solution; and then transferring the precursor solution to a reaction kettle, carrying out hydrothermal reaction at 120-200 DEG C for 16-28 hours, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging, washing with deionized water and absolute ethyl alcohol until no impurity exists, and drying to obtain the product. The method is simple in synthesis process, easy to operate, good in repeatability, capable of being produced on a large scale, high in yield, excellent in product performance and beneficial to commercialized popularization. The synthesized platinum-palladium direct methanol fuel cell alloy catalyst has prismoid morphology, has higher activity and durability compared with commercial platinum-carbon and platinum-ruthenium-carbon, has catalytic performance obviously superior to that of a commercial Pt/C catalyst, and has good application prospect and economic value.
