The core-shell type cationic/anionic polyacrylamide profile control oil displacing microsphere with a micrometer particle size range is prepared in one pot by adopting a dispersion polymerization method, and the whole preparation process is continuously completed by two steps: firstly synthesizing a core part of a microsphere, and then synthesizing a shell part of the microsphere. The core part of the microsphere consists of water-soluble monomer acrylamide, an ionic monomer I and a crosslinking agent; the shell part of the microsphere consists of water-soluble monomer acrylamide, an ionic monomer II and a crosslinking agent; and the ionic monomer I and the ionic monomer II have opposite charges. The particle size of the core-shell type cationic/anionic polyacrylamide profile control oil displacing microsphere is 1-200mu m. The preparation method is simple in preparation process, the whole preparation process is environmentally friendly and low in cost; and a solvent can be recycled, and the recycling rate is above 80 percent. The core-shell type cationic/anionic polyacrylamide profile control oil displacing microsphere is used as a profile control oil displacing material, and has excellent injectivity and mobility.

The invention discloses a preparation method for hydrocarbon fuel and methanol, which is characterized in that a wood powder, a lignin, a lignin monomer and (or) a lignin monomer and/or dimer is used as a raw material, the raw material and a hydrogenation catalyst are filled into a high-pressure autoclave, the pH value of an aqueous phase reaction system is adjusted to 2 to 7, hydrogen is charged into the reaction system under the normal temperature, and the temperature is increased to 40 to 350 degree centigrade, the reaction is executed for 0.2 to 5 hours under 40 to 350 degree centigrade, and the product is divided into two phases after the reaction is completed and the temperature is decreased, the upper layer phase is the hydrocarbon fuel, the lower layer aqueous phase is a methanol solution; the molar ratio of the hydrogenation catalyst and the raw material is 1:10-10000. Compared to the traditional prepared hydrocarbon fuel and methanol, the preparation method for hydrocarbon fuel and methanol has the advantages of economy with wide resources of the raw material and low cost, environment protection, simplicity with simple process, high efficiency with high utilization ratio of the raw material and high productivity, which takes an important role in the utilization of the lignin, hydrocarbon fuel and methanol preparation field with a wide application prospect.

Polymerizable monomer, photoinitiator and a stable dispersion agent are added into a reaction kettle, carbon dioxide gas is injected to empty the reaction kettle; liquid carbon dioxide is injected, the kettle is irradiated by an initiating light source after the temperature and the pressure of the kettle are stable, and the carbon dioxide reacts at the temperature below 20 DEGC to 30 DEG C and 20 bar to 70 bar. The polymerizable monomer accounts for 0.02g-2g / ml of the concentration of the total volume of the reactant, and the weight ratio among the photoinitiator, the stable dispersion agent and the polymerizable is (0.3-1.0) : (2-20) : 100. After reaction is ended up, the temperature recovers to an indoor temperature, sediment are washed by the liquid carbon dioxide so that the fluoropolymer microsphere can be obtained. The fluoropolymer microsphere which covers the surface of the microsphere can reduce the surface energy of the microsphere, and is beneficial to migration of the microsphere to the coating surface. Tertiary amine group which leads to the fluoropolymer enables the microsphere to be fixedly bonded to a cross-linked network, and is beneficial to closely bonding of the microsphere and the coating. Introduction of reversible addition fragmentation chain (RAFT) active group enables the microsphere to be firmly anchored on the coating firm so that the stability of the coating is solidified.

The nanofiltration membrane prepared by using the preparation method disclosed by the invention is good in pollution resistance, high in water flux, high in retention rate (approach to 100%) of organic dyes, relatively high in salt removing rate of the organic dyes and favorable in pollution resistance to organic pollutants such as proteins and polysaccharides. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple and easy, strong in controllability, relatively low in production cost and free of pollution so as to have favorable application prospects in the nanofiltration field.

The method includes the steps of: adding a polymerization monomer, a photoinitiator and a stable dispersant into a reaction kettle, introducing a carbon dioxide gas to conduct emptying, then injecting liquid carbon dioxide, when the temperature and pressure in the reaction kettle become constant, irradiating the inside of the reaction kettle by an initiating light source, letting a reaction to undergo under a temperature ranging from -20 to 30DEG C and a pressure of 20-70bar for 0.5-5h; at the end of the reaction, bringing the temperature back to room temperature, washing the polymer precipitated to the bottom of the reaction kettle by liquid carbon dioxide, and removing the residual polymerization monomer, thus obtaining the polymer microsphere. The method provided in the invention introduces a photo-initiation technology into dispersion polymerization with carbon dioxide as the medium, greatly reduces the carbon dioxide system pressure, and shortens the time of polymerization reaction, thereby significantly reducing the cost of high-pressure reaction equipment and improving the production efficiency. The prepared microsphere has good hydrophobic property and low surface energy, and can be effectively enriched on a coating surface in coating application.
