In allusion to the problems that existing anti-rust oil is poor in anti-rust performance and film-forming stability during use, poor in corrosion inhibition, high in viscosity and poor in film-forming quality, the invention proposes the following scheme: the novel anti-rust oil comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-85 parts of base oil, 8-14 parts of a composite corrosion inhibitor, 5-7 parts of an alkaline solution, 2-5 parts of paraffin, 20-35 parts of a diluent, 20-35 parts of butyl cellulose, 1-3 parts of a film-forming agent and 1-2 parts of an antioxidant. The alkaline solution is doped to improve the anti-rust performance; the composite corrosion inhibitor is doped to improve the corrosion inhibition strength so as to enhance the anti-rust effect; the paraffin is doped to enhance the film-forming stability when the anti-rust oil is used; and by doping the diluent, the anti-rust oil has the characteristic of low viscosity and is easy to coat, the consumption of the anti-rust oil is reduced, and by cooperatively doping the butyl cellulose, the anti-rust oil is good in coverage and uniform in film formation.

Preparation method for nano anti-corrosion additive for water-based anti-corrosion paint for ships

The invention relates to the preparation technique of water-based anti-corrosion additives, and aims to provide a preparation method for a nano anti-corrosion additive for water-based anti-corrosion paint for ships. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing SiCl4 and methyl triethoxy ethyl silicate to form a siloxane mixture, dropwise adding the siloxane mixture into a hydrochloric acid water solution, and conducting reduced pressure distillation to obtain concentrated water-based nano silicon dioxide sol; then adding CeNO3, uniformly mixing to obtain the nano anti-corrosion additive. SiCl4 is used as the raw material to prepare the nano silicon dioxide sol; the hydrolytic polymerization speed is high, and silicon dioxide nanophase can be quickly formed; in addition, through the addition of alkoxy silane and methyl trimethoxy silane which contain organic groups and are subjected to hydrolytic polymerization together, the condition that produced high-activity nano silicon dioxide conducts polymerization reaction to form gel is prevented, and the stability of sol is improved. Moreover, through the introduction of nanophase into a corrosion inhibitor, the degree of dispersion of the corrosion inhibitor is improved, and the corrosion inhibition performance of the anti-corrosion additive is improved.
