The bamboo fiber-reinforced material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of polypropylene, 20-40 parts of bamboo fiber, 5-10 parts of a flexibilizer, 2-8 parts of a compatibilizer, 0.5-5 parts of an organic antibacterial agent, 5-20 parts of an inorganic antibacterial agent; 0.4-2.5 parts of coupling agent, 3-8 parts of a plasticizer, and 0.5-2 parts of an antioxidant. The bamboo fiber-reinforced material provided by the present invention uses the bamboo fiber that is high in an aspect ratio and has a certain antibacterial action as a reinforcing material. The bamboo fiber is matched with the inorganic antibacterial agent, the organic antibacterial agent, the plasticizer and other auxiliaries, so that the mechanical property of the bamboo fiber-reinforced material is improved, and simultaneously the material has a relatively good antibacterial property. The bamboo fiber-reinforced material provided by the present invention solves the problem that bamboo fiber-reinforced plastic is easily eroded and degraded by bacteria during long-term use, and the prepared bamboo fiber-reinforced material is relatively high in mechanical strength and antibacterial property.

The hardness of the polyurethane cable material can be reduced, and the flexibilityand oil resistance of the polyurethane cable material are improved. According to the cable material, a multi-layer network structure is formed through irradiation crosslinking and secondary vulcanization processes, so that the mechanical property of the material is improved, and the size shrinkage rate of the material in the forming process is reduced. The cable material can be used for manufacturing insulation and sheaths of low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cables, flexible special cables, new energy automobiles and Chinese standard motor train unit lighting wires.
