The invention provides an electromechanical
integration type turbine type
energy recycling device
assembly which comprises a motor, a spindle, a
high pressure pump, a
reverse osmosis system and a
turbine. The motor is connected with the
high pressure pump through the spindle, the
turbine is connected with the
high pressure pump through the spindle, and a water outlet of the high pressure pump is connected with a water inlet of the
reverse osmosis system. The
reverse osmosis system is further provided with a
fresh water outlet and a concentrated
seawater outlet. A water outlet
pipe is installed at the concentrated
seawater outlet of the reverse
osmosis system, the turbine is installed on the water outlet
pipe, the motor drives the spindle to rotate, the spindle drives the high pressure pump to inject high pressure
seawater into the reverse
osmosis system, the seawater passes through the reverse
osmosis system to be separated into concentrated seawater and
fresh water, the
fresh water is discharged from the fresh water outlet, and the concentrated seawater is discharged from the concentrated seawater outlet through the water outlet
pipe by the turbine. When the concentrated seawater passes through the turbine, the seawater can drive the turbine to rotate, and the turbine drives the high pressure pump to run through the spindle simultaneously. By means of the
assembly, system energy saving efficiency and
energy recycling efficiency are greatly improved, cost is greatly reduced, and the
assembly is simple in structure and suitable to be made into
large size.
