The invention discloses cross-shape profiled-section polyester fiber multilayer quick-filtering nonwoven, prepared by: 1) adding 0.5 part of liquid ammonia and 59.5 parts of water into 40 parts of acrylic resin, and mixing well to obtain resin solution; 2) using cross-section polyester of 2D*51 mm as a raw material to discharge a cotton mesh; 3) using a cotton spreading machine to make the cottonmesh into a multilayer nonwoven cotton mesh having six layers of fiber; 4) introducing air bubbles into the resin solution; 5) mixing well the multilayer nonwoven cotton mesh and the bubbled resin solution; 6) drying. The problem is solved that profiled-section fiber has insufficient strength; the multi-groove cross-section fiber is made into filtering nonwoven of multilayer structure; filtering efficiency is effectively improved, and consumption of cross-flow filtering nonwoven is reduced; the advantage of deep filtering is also provided.
