The invention discloses an unbreakable PVC cable material. The PVC cable material comprises the following raw materials: 60-70 parts of SG3 PVC resin, 18-26 parts of neoprene, 26-34 parts of styrene-butadiene rubber, 6-12 parts of a flexibilizer, 4-8 parts of a phytic acid complex, 2-4 parts of epoxidized soybean oil, 1-2 parts of stearic acid, 8-16 parts of fly ash, 14-20 parts of hollow glass microspheres, 35-45 parts of nano-montmorillonite, 2-3 parts of diethoxydimethylsilane, 20-30 parts of expanded perlite, 20-30 parts of medical stone powder, 2.5-5 parts of antioxidant and 2-4 parts oftert-butyl peroxybenzoate, wherein the phytic acid complex is prepared with the following process: mixing silk fibroin fiber, sodium alginate, aniline and water, performing heating and stirring, adding phytic acid and continuously stirring the mixture to obtain a premixed solution; mixing ammonium persulfate and a hydrochloric acid solution uniformly, dropwise adding the mixed solution to the premixed solution for stirring, adding polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether for stirring, leaving the mixture to stand for defoaming, adding a calcium chloride aqueous solution, and performing stirring uniformly and grinding to obtain the phytic acid complex.
