Preparation method of photoresponse adhesive with strong adhesion under water and prepared photoresponse adhesive

The invention discloses a preparation method of a photoresponse adhesive with strong adhesion under water, and relates to the technical field of polymer materials, and the preparation method comprisesthe following steps: (1) mixing an epoxy tea oil monomer, a thymine acrylate monomer and an adenine acrylate monomer, dissolving with a solvent, and then adding a polymerization initiator; and (2) removing oxygen by freezing and thawing circulation, introducing nitrogen, reacting at 75 DEG C for 2 hours, and purifying to obtain the photoresponse underwater adhesive. The invention also provides the photoresponse adhesive prepared by the preparation method. The preparation method has the beneficial effects that a one-pot method is adopted to introduce hydrogen-bond interaction between nuclear basic groups, on the basis that the preparation method is simple, the prepared adhesive has more excellent adhesion performance, biocompatibility and hydrophobicity, the adhesion performance is greatlyimproved, and the adhesive can be applied to vegetable oil-based underwater adhesives, the shearing strength of the adhesive is changed by adjusting the water temperature. And meanwhile, the adhesiveprepared by the invention has photoresponsiveness.

Photoresponse silicon oxide nanometer vector and preparation method thereof

The invention belongs to the technical field of a non-viral gene vector and a medicine/photosencitizer vector, and particularly relates to a multifunctional nanometer vector and a preparation method of the multifunctional nanometer vector, wherein the multifunctional nanometer vector is built by using silicon oxide nanometer particles as substrates, functionalizing the silicon oxide nanometer particles through surface modification, introducing photosensitive groups with ultraviolet/near infrared light response and using an ATRP (Atom Transfer Radical Polymerization) method. The multifunctionalnanometer vector has higher transfection efficiency than international JINBIAO PEI in cells of HepG2, COS7, 293, C6, Hela and the like, and has photoresponse gene release performance. Under the photostimulation, the photosensitive groups on the surfaces of the silicon oxide nanometer particles perform photolysis, so that positive ions fall off, and the genes are released; and the gene transfection efficiency can be greatly improved. Various different medicine or photosencitizer molecules can be loaded into porous structures of mesoporous silicon oxide nanometer particles; and good experimentfoundation is laid for the development of the novel photoresponse nanometer vector. The method has the advantages that the use method is simple; and the commercialization potential is realized.

Photosensitive chromatographic stationary phase based on silicon substrate modified by azobenzene photosensitive compound

The invention discloses a photosensitive chromatographic stationary phase based on silicon substrate modified by an azobenzene photosensitive compound. The azobenzene photosensitive compound, sodium hydride and allyl bromide are added into N,N-dimethylformamide for reaction for 12-24 hours at 60-80 DEG C; extraction and crystallization at low temperature are carried out to obtain an intermediate product; the intermediate product, triethoxysilane and platinum (0)-1,3- divinyl-1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane are added to toluene for reaction at 70-80 DEG C for 12-24 hours; after the reaction, a solvent is removed, separation and purification are carried out, and the silanized azobenzene photosensitive compound is obtained; the silanized azobenzene photosensitive compound with a weight ratio of(1-2):25 and the silicon substrate with hydroxyl on the surface of the silicon substrate are added into toluene for reaction at 60-80 DEG C for 12-24 hours; and centrifugation, washing and drying arecarried out to obtain the photosensitive chromatographic stationary phase. The photosensitive chromatographic stationary phase has the beneficial effects that reversible adjustment and control in situ can be achieved; and the preparation method is simple, the operation is easy, the cost is low, and universality is achieved.
