The invention discloses a preparation method of a vacuum-packaged / microporous
powder composite high-temperature
thermal insulation material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding 5-10% of ZrO2 fibers and 0-20% of a TiO2
opacifier into 75-95% of SiO2-Al2O3 composite microporous
powder, uniformly mixing the components, pressing the mixture to obtain a microporous
powder composite plate blank, hot-pressing the sides by using SiO2
ceramic membranes as a packaging material, and packaging the
composite plate blank into the packaging material to complete first-time vacuum-pumping pre-packaging; and heating to 600 DEG C in a vacuum hot-pressing furnace, carrying out second-time vacuumizing, heating to 1200 DEG C, and hot-pressing the last side to finish vacuum packaging, thereby obtaining the vacuum-packaged / microporous powder composite high-temperature heat-insulating material.
Vacuum pumping is carried out twice on the product at 600 DEG C, so that the high vacuum degree in the packaging material in a high-temperature
working environment can be maintained; and meanwhile, Al2O3 and TiO2 micro-powder is added into the SiO2 micro-powder, so that the thermal stabilityof the microporous powder is improved, and the
thermal insulation property at high temperature is ensured. The product is applied to a
thermal insulation layer of a high-temperature
kiln, can effectively reduce heat loss during working of the
kiln and improve the energy
utilization rate, and is a new generation of high-performance high-temperature thermal insulation material.
