Method for synthesizing super absorbent resin containing phosphorus and nitrogen by graft copolymerization reaction of potato starch organic phosphate

The invention discloses a method for synthesizing super absorbent resin containing phosphorus and nitrogen by the graft copolymerization reaction of potato starch organic phosphate, which comprises the following main processes: carrying out neutralization reaction between a sodium hydroxide solution and acrylic acid from which polymerization inhibitor is removed under the cooling of ice-water bath; respectively mixing potato starch organic phosphate and acrylamide with de-ionized water to obtain a potato starch organic phosphate solution and an acrylamide solution; mixing the prepared acrylicacid and the sodium salt solution with the potato starch organic phosphate solution and the acrylamide solution; adding an evocating agent persulfate; stirring the mixture for 0.5-1.0 hour to ensure that the mixture is uniformly mixed; heating the mixture by water bath and stirring under the protection of nitrogen; stopping stirring when reaching certain temperature; keeping the temperature for 1-2 hours in boiling water bath; stopping supplying nitrogen, taking the product out, and cutting the product into small pieces; drying the small pieces in a baking oven to keep constant weight, and crashing to obtain the super absorbent resin containing phosphorus and nitrogen. Compared with the similar products, the water absorption of the super absorbent resin is greatly enhanced; the super absorbent resin contains the nutrition elements of nitrogen and phosphorus, does not need pasting in comparison with the process of directly using starch and greatly improves the preparation process. The super absorbent resin has favorable development prospect in agriculture management, such as desert greening, water conservation, soil improvement, seedling transplantation and the like.

Method for preparing super absorbent resin with cross-linked structure from potato starch phosphate graft co-polymeric acrylic acid and sodium salt thereof

The invention discloses a method for preparing super absorbent resin with a cross-linked structure from potato starch phosphate graft co-polymeric acrylic acid and a sodium salt thereof. The method comprises the following main technological processes of: under ice water bath cooling, performing neutralization reaction between a sodium hydroxide solution and acrylic acid used for removing a polymerization inhibitor so as to prepare the acrylic acid and a sodium salt solution of the acrylic acid; mixing the prepared acrylic acid and the sodium salt solution of the acrylic acid with potato starch phosphate; adding an initiator of persulfate, a crosslinking agent of N,N'-methylene bi-acrylamide so that the mixture is mixed evenly under stirring; then under the protection of nitrogen gas, heating the mixture in a water bath and stirring the mixture so that the potato starch phosphate performs graft copolymerization with the acrylic acid and the sodium salt solution of the acrylic acid; stopping stirring after reaching a certain temperature, performing heat preservation reactions, and then stopping introducing the nitrogen gas; and taking out a product, cutting the product into small pieces, drying the small pieces in a drying oven to have constant weights, and crushing the small pieces to obtain the super absorbent resin.

Method for preserving anatomy specimen

The invention discloses a method for preserving an anatomy specimen. The method comprises the following steps of injecting a pretreatment liquid into the specimen via an artery to flush; flushing andcleaning the pretreatment liquid by clean water, filling into a gastrointestinal tract via a gastric tube, and soaking into a preserving liquid for 8 to 12h, wherein the volume of the preserving liquid is equal to 2 to 3 times of the volume of the specimen; directly pressurizing and filling the preserving liquid into the specimen via a heart intercavity, and enabling the preserving liquid to repeatedly circulate via a vascular system and fully permeate into each tissue organ of the whole body; then, sealing a container which is used for containing the specimen and the preserving liquid, and placing. The method has the advantage that the thrombus in the fat and slightly rotted corpse can be well removed. The preserving liquid for the specimen has the advantages that the problems of wrinkling, expansion, mildewing and the like of the specimen can be solved by the preserving liquid, the preserving is convenient, the irritative odor is avoided, the mildew-proof denaturation is strong, theoriginal shape, texture and color of the specimen can be maintained, and the elasticity is better; the bacteria-inhibiting rate is high.

Fungus-resistant-treated coatings of printed wrapping paper and production method thereof

The invention discloses fungus-resistant-treated coatings of printed wrapping paper. The fungus-resistant-treated coatings of the printed wrapping paper are produced from the following raw materials of, in parts by weight, 50-60 parts of waterborne polyurethane resin, 0.8-1 part of dispersion agent, 0.5-0.6 part of defoaming agent, 0.7-0.9 part of fungus-resistant agent, 6-8 parts of antibacterialcompound and 30-40 parts of deionized water. The invention furthermore discloses a production method of the fungus-resistant-treated coatings of the printed wrapping paper. According to the fungus-resistant-treated coatings of the printed wrapping paper and the production method of the fungus-resistant-treated coatings of printed wrapping paper, by conducting soaking treatment on the printed wrapping paper at first, the wrapping paper subjected to soaking treatment can slowly release silver ions, so that two surfaces of the printed wrapping paper have certain fungus-resistant performance respectively; and then each surface of the printed wrapping paper is covered with a layer of fungus-resistant paint, the compound fungus-resistant agent which is high in safety, environmentally friendly and high in fungus-resistant capability is added into the fungus-resistant paint, and meanwhile, the antibacterial compound is added, so that the coatings have high antibacterial capability, and the produced fungus-resistant-treated coatings have high fungus-resistant capability and antibacterial capability, and have a good protective effect on the printed wrapping paper.
