The invention discloses an
iridium complex with photocatalytic performance as well as a preparation method and application thereof, the molecular formula of the
iridium complex is C38H30F12IrN4P, the

metal iridium complex can be applied to the
alkylation reaction of
tetrahydrofuran or N-Boc
